Meditation. Peace through Closure & Completion

Meditation – beginners/intermediate. We’re all human. There will always be in our lives people whose passing we regret. Sometimes they have simply left, others have crossed over into spirit. And you feel that there are things left unsaid, by either party. Follow my voice here to give yourself some closure. By doing this soul-to-soul conversation you can communicate what you need, receive a response and then everyone is able to move on, simply and in peace with all that is.

What changes do you perceive within and around you after you’ve done this exercise? Are you more settled? At peace? Do the colours of nature seem different? Or are things moving along more smoothly? Please let me know your experiences!
