Whenever something arises, it’s always a good exercise, to go into it and to engage with it.  Just to feel it, in order to open it up. Otherwise, it remains on the outskirts at the back of your mind and troubles you and it irritates the nervous system; it causes fear and frustration.

The minute you know what it is, it’s like you put a pin into it and the energy itself has no power over you. And that includes the energy of fear.
