Life is really a series of movements that consist of lots of little communications. Of you primarily with yourself, your Self – Spirit – and then through you with others.
Sometimes (often), there arise interactions which impact relationships and what can (often) happen is that we become angry, hold grudges – and energy becomes stuck.
When you are ready to dig deep, you can (often) find that the basis of this stuck energy is in effect an anger at yourself, for not having done this, nor that. And then an enormous wall is built inside you, usually around your emotional body.
But these feelings continue to be projected outwards, towards another.
For-give-ness at heart level is simply about winding back this communication, and seeing things clearly, with a different eye to bring change within yourself. With such insight, you can start dismantling parts of this wall, energy starts to flow again and you may move forward so much more in the light of who you are born to be.
