I met Anna serendipitously, my friends shared their experiences and I just felt a draw towards her , it was like a deep connection.

Rules - who rules?

Spirituality has been interpreted many ways.

Most spiritual schools that I had attended before I met Anna had approached it from a rule based lens .

Energy schools with a set of do's and don'ts . Very effective akin to a traffic light control that ensures there is no chaos when people follow rules.

The rules due to social pressures, the should's and could's can balloon up . I was literally enveloped in layers and layers of balloons and the light within me was not fully glowing . A big aspect of that was my perceptions and pre-conceived notions and projections of Being a woman. Due to these projections and social conditionings, I was living with a lot of fear and distortions around different roles a woman undertakes, for example, wife and mother. There were energy blocks that had been hampering me.

Working with Anna helped me uncover what were my mis-conceptions about femininity and how I was trying to live based on projections . In fact releasing the “fears" and blocks helped me to hold powerful energy constructs that especially helped me with my fertility.

So if there are no “rules” what’s your North Star?

Well, Anna nudges you to start tuning into your self and turn to your intuition for guidance .

It’s not like “Let me heal you”....more like how can we explore the energy together . She in a deliberate way empowers you in many ways .. much more that the mind can fathom.

How to deal with human experiences ?

We are a human and hence have human experience. We are one yet unique - with yin and yang energies.

She has been channeling a lot of messages to us which have been targeted to equip us with the tools to navigate our lives as we have human experiences . The shift is in understanding ... eg the shadow and the light are the same .

We have these targetted closed group community gatherings where we can safely share what and how we feel and explore the experiences together .

A big learning recently has been is the power of choice.

Between 2 moments there’s a pause and there is a choice on how you would like to respond.

There is deeper understanding and exploration of emotions and acknowledging that everything is ok . Being angry is ok!

Most important for me is the pathway to evolve- she leads us to tap into our own intuition and to grow from there.

When I was 42, I was running a life sciences company, making innovative medicines. The company was successful but I felt that I needed a stronger sense of purpose and drive. Luckily, I was introduced to Anna through my partner.

Over the last 7 years, we have done three intensive immersion retreats. I gained a clear view of my mission in this lifetime and how my professional and private life is contributing to it. In addition to the intensive session, Anna provided regular coaching sessions and ad hoc support at key points of my professional and personal life. She has a knack for selecting the right time and most effective form of support.

I always trust her judgement.

Meeting Anna : When you meet the person the first time , you are facing someone who makes you feel at ease, in peace and comfortable and You know you can trust!

My first meeting with Anna was not directly concerning me since a friend was visiting her for healing and I was just accompanying that friend. Well so I say now as I am writing this but I was meant to meet Anna and start with her my spiritual path and growth.

The spiritual journey with Anna: The spiritual journey with Anna is an ongoing process of growth. Teaching you how to value yourself, understanding life, and everything that surrounds us and being one with all. That progress in life both spiritually and physically is the growth of love and respect for yourself that becomes the ultimate power of respect and force that helps you move ahead in life.

Anna’s teaching brought me to such a depth of knowledge about myself that makes me feel free and shows to me that everything and anything is possible.

I was taught how to become a (well trained) healer and how to use my intuition for massage.

The concepts that Anna teaches are simple and take you always one step ahead. You are always in the move of learning and beautifully surprised with your spiritual growth.

Once Anna said : being spiritual does not necessary mean be strict and serious, you can have fun! And I am having fun!!

My story with Anna started 2014 during my stay at the Kamalaya Resort in Koh Samui. After an introduction speech Anna gave that night I booked a 90 minute healing session as at that time I did not feel well in my body and was under quite big stress in my job.

From the first moment I felt that this kind of work was something very special and deeply transforming. Everything done with such love and understanding and also always with a twist of humor. It felt so well that two days later I booked with Anna for my first channeling. Never done this before and the insights were stunning.

And also the results. I got a thread to follow. Next step were the beautiful meditations how helped me a lot to find inner peace and clear my mind to meet the challenges of daily life with my more effort and much more fun.

One year later, I found myself back in Kamalaya for a one week retreat with Anna and I learned the gift of being in a group of open minded women and men, to share my thoughts and to go deeper into living a spiritual life in a human existence.

Meditation became my daily routine and in the following years when life had some quite heavy boomerangs throwing at me I mastered them with a very different attitude more focused on the process as on the results. Always glad to be able to reflect myself with the other members of the Wisdom circle and when things got really tough to take the opportunity to get the right questions asked by Anna herself or during one of the channeling sessions.

So I always was able to step forward and growing to trust more and more my inner guidance and my intuition. For me it feels like an never ending process of growing into a life of more awareness and more balance and I enjoy intensely what life offers me at every moment. And not only for myself, but also for the people who surround me and especially the ones I care for.

I am so thankful to have learned to shift my focus to do and enjoy things which make my heart sing, spend time with people who uplift me and living my life from the viewpoint as a journey of experiences without having to put on labels like "good“ and "bad“ or "positive“ and "negative“.

I first met Anna at a health retreat in Thailand. Having read her bio before arriving I was curious to meet her and try one of her consults.

There were certain aspects of my life I wasn’t really happy with and I ready to try something new. I had also recently lost my father and was still feeling the sadness of this. My time with Anna was like nothing I’d experienced before. This was the first time we had met and yet like I already knew Anna. By the time the consult had ended I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I felt empowered and ready to step out and reconsider my life, to determine the things that were not working for me anymore and to make some changes.

This meeting was the beginning which led to the next several years when Anna and I worked together as teacher and student on a regular basis. It was a very special time of sharing and among many things Anna’s guidance and support helped me rekindle my relationship with myself. This aspect of our time together is a gift that I will always cherish.

I recall her asking on one occasion, “What do you enjoy?” And to my surprise I didn’t know. I came to realise that I had been focussed on my family and work for so long that I could no longer identify what bought me pleasure, I had lost touch with my own dreams and desires.

I also learnt that I had a tendency to spend much of my time in my head, trying to solve problems by thinking them through, forgetting how to feel, how to use all of my senses including my intuition. It was the work Anna and I did together that brought me back in touch with my inner world. This now plays a much bigger part in my decision making and the direction which I now steer my life.

Anna’s teachings are insightful and interlaced with humor making the conversations we shared both full of knowledge and light-hearted. I feel privileged and honoured that she shared her boundless knowledge and wisdom with me, sharing perspectives that broadened my mind and freed my thoughts from old beliefs, opening up a world of possibilities, while dispelling many self-imposed limitations. This now forms the basis for how I have reframed my family and business lives, how I came to realise that I have many choices beyond what I had once thought and that as I make these choices deliberately and with focus that I can create my own reality. A reality that above all resonates in me.

I continue to be challenged at times. But now my perspective on the challenges in my life has changed too. I understand the role that challenges play in bringing about personal growth. Through my own knowing and awareness I now find that when I am challenged these moments pass quickly and don’t tend to disrupt the flow of my life. My days are richer than I had imagined and I see beauty more than I ever did. I have taken up creative writing which I find a great way to explore and advance my understanding. I also spend more time in nature, having become aware of the value of stopping to appreciate how much there is to learn from the natural world around us.

My journey with Anna started 12 years ago, at that moment my life had changed dramatically, I was a widow with 2 small kids, trying to keep afloat.

Over the years with her infinite love, wisdom and gentle understanding Anna has helped me connect at my own pace with my inner self and with the work we have done over the years I have come to realize the Light and Love that I Am and to speak my own truth with confidence.

Gently and lovingly she has guided me to grow a powerful intuition and to trust my insights that have helped build a very successful business that is flourishing and sustaining very well during these challenging times.

With infinite love Anna opened my son's heart and healed his wounds that were creating health problems, attacking his immune system. He is building his confidence, getting stronger and ready to fly with his own wings.

Anna, my loving teacher, my dearest friend I am forever grateful as she has helped me remember that nothing is real except Love and the inner peace that comes when we are not afraid to be still and listen to the silence within us. Now I am truly alive connected with nature and all what it is.

In 2017 I had joined Anna Hughes's 4 day immersion retreat in Singapore, it completely re-structured a new way of living, this new way of being a step onto a pathway of practice, growth, and change. Helped me identify lucrative business paths that has led me to be awarded a US$ 1 million revenue project.

Unfortunately, earlier this year I was diagnosed with throat cancer. Upon which I informed Anna, whom invited me to join her online immersion that provided powerful tools and practices to nurture my inner healing, transmuted the weaknesses and utilize my natural healing energies. When I attended a followup consultation at the Cancer Care unit around 9 weeks later, the Doctors had difficulty finding the tumors that had now shrank to the size of a pin head. They extracted them and confirmed from lab tests that no further trace of the cancer exists.
